Justice Initiatives Global (JI Global) is a Kenyan non-profit organisation founded in 2023. With more than 30 years of experience in global criminal justice reform, JI Global’s directors possess the expertise to address policy reform and regulation. Their efforts are focused on initiatives that impact prosecution, trial, sentencing and the rights of the accused. Acknowledging the inconsistency and unpredictability in criminal justice responses in various countries, JI Global aims to establish a fair and comprehensive system that addresses these issues.
Our Work
JI Global, though newly established, is ambitious in its mission to reform
criminal justice systems to deter crime and protect the rights of the most
vulnerable. Our holistic approach is unique, combining international
expertise and human rights-focused capacity building with extensive
practical experience in both prosecuting and defending complex crimes.
This practitioner-based approach enhances our credibility and fosters
strong relationships with justice sector stakeholders, positioning us as a
leader in criminal justice reform.
